Adrienne Salyer

A Newport Beach native and fifth-generation Californian, Adrienne is a successful 24-year veteran of the real estate industry. She currently acts as a Real Estate professional under the Sotheby’s International Real Estate brand in Newport Beach, California.

Adrienne attended Tulane University and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Pepperdine University with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, and has since successfully closed millions in transactions during her tenure in the real estate industry. Her career prior to joining Sotheby’s International Real Estate, includes President of AGS & Associates, LLC, Senior Vice President, National Director, for First American Title, National Sales and Business Development Director, for Impac Companies, Vice President of Business Development for Fidelity National Title, and Asst. Vice President for First American Title’s residential division. Her mastery in analyzing market trends combined with her financial acumen and business skills provide a substantial backdrop for, asset to a non-profit organization.

Adrienne currently resides in Newport Beach, California, and has been privileged to sit on the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations. These include the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of America, the Board of Directors for the Junior League of Orange County, California and the Assistance League of Orange County. She has extensive involvement with Laura’s House and CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates). Her work with these organizations includes financial responsibilities, creating and overseeing training opportunities for organization members, and most importantly, working directly with and on behalf of Orange County’s most severely abused, abandoned and neglected women and children.

Nicki Shinners

Nicki Shinners has lived in Anchorage Alaska for 32 years and is currently Vice President of Development responsible for all facets of fund raising and development at Volunteers of America Alaska. In past years she has been the Development Director at the American Cancer Society and Abused Women’s Aid in Crisis (AWAIC) working in the community with volunteers and donors to ensure their mission is understood and supported.

Nicki has worked with volunteer committees, and corporate giving officers to plan and execute several successful fundraising events in Anchorage. Nicki stays active in the community as a volunteer and currently is a supporter of Red Wagon Society and Special Olympics.

Nicki serves on the Board of Directors at Anchorage Fairs and Festivals. This nonprofit organization’s mission is to measurably enhance the economy, image and quality of life in the greater Anchorage area. To produce progressive and inclusive community events and grow community through celebration. This is done by putting on several events a year including the Fourth of July parade and festival on the park strip in downtown Anchorage, over 10,000 attendees, Trick or Treat Town, 8500 families attend, Mountain View Street Fair with over 5000 attendees.
